Monika Keribont: Walking You Home
It was so lovely to reconnect with Monika again. She played such a huge role in my healing journey when I really needed it. I did a mentorship program with her ā nine sessions ā and it was absolutely transformative. The timing couldnāt have been more perfect. We bonded deeply through the process, but I hadnāt seen her since⦠so having this conversation felt like a real gift.
Monika has this beautiful, earthy energy. If you were to think of a person and connect them to the Earth element ā thatās her. Sheās deeply rooted, grounded, and present. She works as a guide, and sheāll tell you that herself ā her work is all about gently guiding women back to themselves. Itās intuitive, layered, and rooted in many tools and practices, but at its core, her process is about holding space. Creating a space where women can simply be ā without masks, without pressure, without needing to perform.
She inspires me endlessly because she really lives her talk. Sheās deeply connected to nature and brings that into her healing work in the most beautiful, intentional ways. Sheās seasonal. If you work with her in spring, she might bring a spring flower to your session. In winter, sheāll lean into what that season brings. Her work doesnāt push against nature ā it flows with it. And that alone is so healing.
Monika is a weaver ā in the most beautiful way. She helps you gather all the small, scattered pieces of yourself and gently stitch them back into wholeness. Not to become the ābest versionā of yourself ā but to come home to who you actually are. That includes the shadows, the sabotages, the bits you usually hide. With her help, you start to love and understand those parts too ā and that changes everything.
So Iām deeply grateful that Monika agreed to sit down for this conversation. I really believe it will speak to someone who needs to hear it. And if you know anyone in South Wales, especially those seeking healing or connection, please spread the word. Sheās just moved there and deserves the most beautiful, aligned tribe.

Discovering the Hidden Spark: A Conversation with Monika Keribont
In todayās world, many women find themselves seeking something outside themselves - looking for purpose, direction, and fulfillment. But what if the key to all of this lies within? What if we could reconnect with the deep, hidden parts of ourselves and uncover a spark of gold that has always been there, waiting to be discovered?
This is the mission of Monika Keribont, a guide, mentor, and healer, whose work centers on helping women rediscover their inner strength, align with their true purpose, and embark on a journey of healing and transformation. Through a combination of sound therapy, intuitive practices, rituals, and creating a sacred space of trust and safety, Monika supports women in breaking free from the masks they wear and embracing their authentic selves.
The Quest for Purpose
"I work with women, guiding them to find a spark of gold deep within their souls," shares Monika. "That part of them that has been hidden for so long, the part theyāve been searching for outside themselves. I bring them back to themselves to truly find their purpose."
The word "purpose" has become overused in modern conversations, but here, it means more than just career ambitions or societal achievements. Itās about connecting with a deeper sense of knowing. When a person truly aligns with their purpose, they feel content - knowing that what they do is valuable not only to themselves but also to their community and the world at large. Itās about moving beyond the constant search for external validation and discovering a sense of inner peace and strength.
The Power of Sound and Sacred Healing
Monika uses an array of tools to support her clientsā journeys. She especially loves working with sound - sheās built quite the collection of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and drums. "Sound has a powerful ability to bring us into a deep state of relaxation and healing," she explains. "It helps release old patterns, emotions, and blocks."
Other tools and processes are all about creating a safe and sacred space where deep healing can occur. This includes shadow work, inner child healing, and creating an environment where people can feel truly seen and heard. "Sometimes, you donāt have to do much - just provide a space where someone feels they can be themselves without any masks." The power of her approach lies in the quiet moments of stillness, the act of holding space, and allowing others to unfold naturally.
From Darkness to Light: the Journey
Monikaās journey to becoming a mentor and healer was not always straightforward. While she had a deep interest in Eastern philosophies and mysticism in her youth, life led her down different paths. Twenty years ago, she moved to the UK, where she says her true healing journey began. Life threw many challenges her way, and she found herself struggling with depression and anxiety. The traditional methods of healing didnāt bring the relief she sought. It wasnāt until a particularly difficult time that she discovered the healing power of sound. A simple CD of singing bowls brought her a sense of peace for the first time in a long while. This experience sparked a transformation, leading her to explore holistic healing, hypnotherapy, and other modalities.
Her work today is deeply rooted in her own healing journey. She understands what it feels like to be lost and disconnected, but she also knows the power of reconnecting and thriving. "It all helped me so much, and I wanted to offer others the same opportunity for healing that I had received."
Refilling the Well
The work Monika does is undoubtedly demanding - emotionally, physically, and spiritually. As a healer, itās essential to recharge and maintain a balance to avoid burnout. For her, this comes through solitude, nature, and creative expression.
"I live in Wales now, surrounded by forests and hills. Nature recharges me," she shares. "I also spend time reading, walking, and creating jewelry - these are ways I refill my own well."

The Importance of In-Person Connection
In a world thatās increasingly driven by virtual connections, Monika values the authenticity and depth that comes with in-person interactions. "I prefer the local, community level," she shares. While she acknowledges the convenience and benefits of online sessions and distance healing, she feels that something is lost when healing and transformation are experienced solely through a screen.
"For me, the rituals, the touch, the connection to the Earth - these are things that canāt be fully replicated online. Thereās a certain realness and groundedness that comes with being physically present with someone."
Her approach is deeply rooted in honoring the Earth and the rhythms of nature, and she strives to create spaces where people can reconnect with these natural cycles.
The Wisdom of the Seasons
A key element of the healing process is the understanding that life, like nature, follows cycles. "Weāve become so disconnected from natureās rhythms," Monika explains. "We forget that we, too, are part of that cyclical flow."
She speaks passionately about living in harmony with the seasons. As the world moves through its cycles of growth, decay, and rest, so do we. "In winter, we should rest. Itās a time to nourish ourselves and reflect, not to push for productivity. Spring is when we start to emerge, and summer is for thriving," she says.
This seasonal wisdom extends to the way we care for ourselves physically and emotionally. By paying attention to these natural cycles, we can align our energy and actions with nature, rather than forcing ourselves to go against the grain.
A Message for the Younger Generation
When asked what advice she would give to someone younger, standing where she once stood, Monika offers a simple yet powerful message: "Persevere. Life is a journey with both dark and light moments. There will be times of struggle, but also times of joy. And remember, the tears you shed often water the seeds that will help you grow."
